Made using an ancient brewing technique known as "seppou," this Sake is fermented in a special cedar barrel, imparting unique flavors and aromas. Its aroma is a complex mix of tropical fruit, vanilla, and a hint of cedar wood. On the palate, it has a rich and velvety texture with a delicate sweetness and a mild acidity. Lingering finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste of caramel and roasted nuts.
